Also, quite unexpectedly, a man from Mt. Forest walked in saying how much he had always admired my building, and asked if I would consider selling it. I told him what I had been told what its value was, which was higher than I had thought, and he just stuck out his hand and said "I'm comfortable with that and you can keep the North end back section (1750 sq. ft, for the next 5 years so that you will have a space for your cars and personals." And he bought my building. Simple as that! The deal closes in October, 2024.

In the meantime, we have been packing stuff, throwing out stuff, selling off stuff and donating tons of material to local charities St. Vincent de Paul and Habitat for Humanity.
